How to Delete All Your Data

WellPad stores all data locally on your device. You can delete all your data directly within the app:

Open WellPad on your device
Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation)
Scroll to the Backup & Restore section
Tap "Clear All Data"
Confirm when prompted

What Gets Deleted

All saved favorites
All lookup history (including locations saved by GPS lookups)
All notes and note photos
All GPS corrections

App preferences (theme, coordinate format) and your trial and Pro status are kept. Uninstall the app to remove those too. Your WellPad Pro purchase itself belongs to your Google account (Android) or Apple Account (iPhone) and is restored when you reinstall.

Note: This action cannot be undone. Consider using Settings → Share Backup first if you want to keep a backup.

Data Not Stored on Our Servers

WellPad is an offline-first app. Your favorites, history, notes, photos and corrections are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. There is no WellPad account to delete.

Android backup: if Android backup is turned on, a copy may be kept in your own Google account. Manage or delete it in your phone's Google backup settings.

Crash reports: anonymous crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics. To have crash reports from your device deleted, email us at the address below.

Uninstalling the App

Uninstalling WellPad from your device will also delete all app data.
